Peter Busby - Practice Lead
Peter co-founded Xayce in 1997. After graduating in Politics from Sheffield University he started his career with Coopers & Lybrand qualifying as a chartered accountant before joining Andersen Consulting where he spent several years managing the implementation of large enterprise wide solutions in blue chip clients in the defence, high tech, transport and financial services industries.
Peter has overseen the growth of Xayce since its inception and is particularly proud both of the value it provides to its clients and of the unique Xayce culture which make it such an enjoyable place to work.
Steve Wright - Client Partner
Steve has 16 years experience as a management consultant, starting his career with Andersen Consulting, he co-founded Xayce in 1997.
He has considerable experience of managing teams & projects in both a technical and functional capacity across a broad range of industry sectors, including transportation, utilities, oil and financial services.
Alistair Ardern - Client Partner
Alistair has spent 19 years as a management consultant firstly with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) (1991 to 1997), then Xayce (1997 to present). A co-founder of Xayce, Alistair has been responsible for delivery of several technology and business change related programmes.
His principal focus has been helping organisations achieve successful business change, typically working with client Programme Sponsors and Programme Managers.
Currently Alistair's role combines both overseeing successful client delivery and developing new client relationships in our Financial Services Practice.
Gary Leitch - Client Partner
Gary, prior to Xayce, had 15 years experience in manufacturing and production management. Since joining Xayce in 1999 he has undertaken project management and business improvement roles in both the back office and supply chain environments.
Since 2003 Gary has predominantly worked with local governments in transforming their back offices and establishing Shared Service Centres.
Emma Jackson - Client Partner
Emma has over 10 years experience working on business transformation projects, having joined Xayce as a graduate in 1998. She has worked largely in financial services, and also has experience in utilities, transport and central government.
Recently Emma has worked as a programme manager on back office change initiatives in major insurance companies and retail banks, providing strong delivery capability and stakeholder management skills throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. She also has extensive experience of delivering SOx and Internal Control Framework projects.
