These independent consultants, known as Associates, enable us to ensure we deliver the right mix of resources to meet our client's demands. Once invited to be an Associate you will continue to enjoy your independent status whilst receiving the benefits of an association with a management consultancy.

Key skills for permanent recruitment:
- Possess a 2:1 minimum at degree level
- 320 UCAS points (some exceptions will be considered on merit)
- Be based in either Manchester or London (although working away is common)
- A strong analytical background, good communication skills and a strong interest in business and technology.
We are not just looking for people with a Management or Management Science degree; many of our graduates have come from a diverse study background ranging from Geology through to Biochemistry.
We set the bar high and expect our people to consistently deliver above average when presented with challenges. We believe in equipping our people with management and strategy based skills rather than IT programming skills.
