Xayce supported Lloyds TSB with the delivery of operational change into its Commercial Banking Security Centre and with more strategic elements of security perfection services across the whole of LTSB Commercial Banking. A key driver for this work is improvement in the bank's ability to lend money effectively, and thereby accelerate income generation at an acceptable level of risk.

Xayce roles include project management, process architecture and improvement, and development of a key element of the technical solution in MS Access.
