Xayce has undertaken a number of projects with Barclays Bank, and are a preferred supplier to the bank.
Key projects include:

• Xayce have supported a major Programme within the bank to improve the consistency and controls over users' access to Sarbanes Oxley and Business Critical Systems. Xayce was engaged across a number of workstreams including:

• Definition of detailed business requirements
• Detailed testing and user engagement for a prototype pilot of the technical solution
• Detailed requirements and technical specification for the source system interfaces
• Supporting the business engagement work streams in preparation for the rollout of new systems and revised processes

• Xayce supported a programme to outsource key business processes within Corporate Banking to India. Xayce was engaged to support the transition of these processes to third party operations offshore in India. Our role included management of the transition of key business processes and coordination of the training activities both on and offshore.
