Xayce first supported the bank with successful completion of its Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programme to tight timescales.

Our role included the following activities:

• Developed a full suite of process documentation and completed test scripts for all ‘in-scope' processes.
• Led the design, set up and training of a 20+ strong test team, and project managed test execution for the largest division within the bank.
• Managed the relationship with key external advisors
• Identified and implemented a framework for internal control over financial reporting and developed a ‘sustainment' model and framework for 2007.

Our contribution was recognised by Allied Irish Bank, who has retained Xayce into 2007 to manage the recruitment, design, set-up and training of a ‘Business As Usual' team.

This initial work led to us being asked to support the Finance Transformation Programme within the Bank.
